My name is Margaret Nix; I was born in Kingston Jamaica and immigrated to Houston, Texas. I have been married to my husband of 24 years. We adopted and raised 5 children and had 2 of our own from our marriage. We owned and operated a children's party rental company, Jump N Smile, for nearly a decade before we sold it. This company became very successful but I wanted to continue my journey not only for children but adults and went back to college to achieve another one of my dreams. I started taking classes at Houston Community College and while attending classes, my husband and I bought into a Liberty Tax Service franchise which was an interesting adventure. I completed my real estate training at Champion's Real Estate School to become a real estate agent, and initially trained and worked at Keller Williams Signature. I later transferred and became a realtor with God's Property Realty. I love working as a Realtor, since it gives me the opportunity to help people and their families find their dream home. I have utilized my business experiences meeting people of all walks of life, and greatly enjoyed every bit. I love to volunteer in our school organization, which have a constant need for energetic service oriented people. I hope I can help you fulfill your dream of owning your own home
